 note = {After 9.11 Terrorism in the United States in 2001, every countries and regions became markedly sensitive to terrorism. Global trades have also been forced to prepare strategies for terrorism. Under these conditions, the general assembly of World Customs Organization (WCO) adopted the "Basic Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade" in June, 2005.
