 note = {There is a crying need over the past decades for more examining on the some environmental issues in China. Because, there has been serious environmental perils to be taken as a part of an international effort to develop the study on all of environment. This essay may be not only helpful to consider these environmental perils in China, but also understand and assess their efforts on these issues. Dujiangyan, where I called at there in order to gather some dates to develop my study; environmental sociology, is one of the oldest water-use facilities in the world. In this field work, I could have very precious my academic lessons, namely, the key word to be set in my memory is "learn from the achievement of history".
