Japanese local industry invests and establishes local corporations in China, but local corporations are faced with some problems, for example the distribution of profits in joint venture, buildup of local distribution channel, procurement logistics, collection of bills and so on. These problems are partly based on Chinese business practice, and partly based on the management itself of local activities. This paper shows the strategic plan for Japanese local corporations to tackle these problems.
