This paper reviews the Chinese market entry based on earlier research of Japanese local industry and shows the way to cooperate with local Chinese industry, and then discusses the direction of development of Japanese local economy. Japanese many local industries have been faced with the maturity in domestic market, severe competition with the other competitive firms, and the weakness of their own management resources and are necessary to break these situations. To find a way that may lead to breakthrough in these circumstances, it is very important strategy that Japanese local industries enter the Chinese market making full use of their own local brand, local resources, unique technology in local areas and expand the market cooperating with Chinese local industries. Because Chinese market has been growing and forming a big market among international business market. In this case, it is one useful way that Japanese local industry should make use of policies of Japanese government and local government for supporting to enter Chinese market. |
