| 内容記述 | The subject in the main subject is to discuss the assembly basics regulations from the side of the 2 yuan representation. Therefore I regard ability for legislation of the assembly to confront a chief as a problem. In addition, in 2 yuan representation, I discuss it about the relations of the self-government basics regulations and the assembly basics regulations. I consider the associate system how there should be the member of the Diet as the legislature. In conclusion, (1)Because it is the legislature, I enable the member of the Diet suggestion from member of the Diet alone, (2)The combination of the administration basics regulations and the assembly basics regulations being desirable, (3)As for the associate system, it was thought that I became the idealism to mention it in the assembly basics regulations in the present. | |||||||||||
